Which size should I get?
Most of our items fit true to size in a regular fit. You should take a look at the product page of the item you're interested in for specific sizing information.

The item I want is out of stock. Will you be getting any more?
Sorry it’s out of stock. Depending on the style, it might be restocked. On the product page, subscribe yourself to get notified when it’s back in stock.
How do I take care of my items?
There’s a care label in all of items. Have a look at the care label and follow the instructions.
ORDERS & DELIVERY
I’ve just placed an order. Can I change or cancel it?
When we get your order, we’ll be getting it ready to post out to you. If you need to change it or cancel it, please get in touch with us asap on the same day. Otherwise, your order will be posted and then you’ll have to follow our returns procedure if you don’t want it.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?
No worries – easily done. When you accidentally fill in the wrong address, please get in touch as soon as possible. We’ll try our best to sort it for you.
Can I check the status of my order?
After you've placed an order, you’ll get a confirmation email. We’ll process your order asap and when it’s posted out to you, you’ll get another email with tracking information.
Where is my order?
If your order hasn’t been delivered yet, don’t worry. Always check the tracking link you've received via email. It might be possible that the estimated delivery time has changed, or that you accidentally filled in the wrong address.
Is the delivery address correct and is the estimated delivery time unchanged? Then please check your email to see if you received a note from your shipping company. The package may have been delivered to your neighbours’ or your delivery window may have been rescheduled.
In case there’s an issue with the delivery of your order and it hasn’t been delivered, please get in touch with us. We’ll look into it for you.
What is the usual delivery time for orders?
Deliveries within the UK:
All orders placed before 9 pm on working days, will be delivered within the next 2-3 working days via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for.
Deliveries within Europe:
All orders placed before 9 pm on working days, will be delivered within the next 6 to 9 working days.
Deliveries to all other countries:
From 10 to 12 working days
What are the shipping costs?
Deliveries within the UK: Free
Deliveries within Europe: £9.50
Deliveries to all other countries: £14.50
What is your returns policy?
You'll have 14 days to send your order back to us. All we ask is that you send it back in our original packaging, unworn with the labels still attached. As soon as we get it back, we'll sort a full refund. You can start your return here. We use Collect Plus for our returns service.
Are returns free?
We know what it's like when you order something, it doesn't fit and then you realise it'll cost you to return it. For that reason, even though Year Dot is only a small business, our return service is free - same as our UK shipping.
When can I expect my refund?
We'll refund using the same payment method that you used to buy. It should be with you in 1-4 days.
Is it possible to exchange items?
Yes, it is. Just get in touch with us and let us know what exchange you’d like.
